When the client first reaches out we discuss the scope of the project:

• Intended uses
• Other considerations
• Location
• Budget

That is followed up with a site visit where we go over:

• Site highlights
• Access
• Exact location
• Obstacles and challenges, should they exist

Once everything has been discussed we will submit a proposal that includes:

• Design renderings and details
• Materials specifications
• Cost
• Target start date and project timeline

This might seem like a long drawn out process, but it usually moves quite quickly. Should the client wish to proceed we then we:

• Sign contract and receive deposit
• Begin work
• Complete work
• Conduct final walkthrough
• Accept final payment
